Attention, Michigan drivers: Napier construction underway

ST. JOSEPH, Mich. -- Michigan drivers, check this out.
Construction on Napier Ave. in St. Joseph took effect on Thursday.
Napier, between Niles Rd. and Langley now has a detour.
The city engineer said that traffic will remain open for those heading west.
They are resurfacing the road and doing sewer work.
They said the project should be finished by the end of the summer.
