According to dispatch, the call came in around 11:28 p.m. regarding the sounds of gunfire.
A large police presence converged in the 600 block of Portage Avenue.
Police have not located any victims or suspects at this time.
Neighbors believe they heard what sounded like an exchange of gunfire.
The scene is now clear.
