Ball State goes smoke-free

MUNCIE, Ind. — Ball State University is snuffing out smoking on its campus.
The new policy even bans smoking from previously designated outdoor areas.
It's the university's newest extension of its 1998 smoking ban in campus buildings.
The new ban will take place August 1.
