Bargain hunters find deals for miles this weekend

If you’re a bargain hunter, you can get miles of them this weekend! 

This weekend is Michigan’s longest garage sale. 

The U.S. 12 garage sale is just what it sounds like -- a garage sale that goes across the state of Michigan on U.S. 12. 

While not every house has a sale, there are certainly plenty! 

"I was in White Pigeon last year, and it was pretty good up there. Goes from Detroit to Chicago. It’s a pretty good weekend, yeah,” said James Howard, who hosted a garage sale as part of last year’s event. 

Each individual sale has its own hours, but any garage saler knows: The earlier you get there, the better!
