“Be Well!” guided walk being offered at Ferrettie-Baugo Creek County Park

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – St. Joseph County Parks and St. Joseph County Health Department have partnered up for a “Be Well!” program that encourages wellness. The guided walk is free at Ferrettie-Baugo Creek County Park.

There will be three different sessions each starting at 9 a.m. on July 16, 23, and 30.

Each week features a short discussion about wellness, connects to community services, app suggestions for wellness, and finally a period for questions.

The program does not require registration and officials encourage people to walk only for as long as they are comfortable doing so.

Those that wish to participate should meet at the Oak Tree Shelter.

Additional walks will be held at Bendix Woods County Park at 9 a.m. on Thursdays throughout August, being the 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th, all meeting at the Hardwoods Shelter.
