Island of Blues returns to Island Park, draws crowd in Elkhart

The family friendly event takes place at Charles Yarbrough Park along the St Joe River.
It includes a mainstage with big name musical acts, craft vendors and all kinds of food trucks available for the family.
Tickets for the three-day festival cost $40 and it all starts Friday at 4.
The headline act this year is R & B star Angela Winbush and she will take the stage Saturday night.
