BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- Benton Harbor students are getting shuffled around next fall!

The school board approved a consolidation plan on Tuesday night to close Boynton, Montessori, Sorters, and Stump schools.

The district plans to re-open Hull Middle School.

We talked to one Benton Harbor parent on Wednesday who said she is tired of moving her kids around!

"Consistency, I don't see it. And our kids need that, because if we don't have consistency, then how can our kids move ahead?" said Kerry Krause, a Benton Harbor parent.

The superintendent said that the consolidation will help Benton Harbor climb out of a $16 million deficiet.
