Benton Harbor serial rapist convicted

The man who was accused of raping three women in Benton Harbor in the summer of 2015 has been convicted on all counts.
Marcus Antuane Stewart, 42, was convicted of the following charges:
- Criminal Sexual Conduct in the 1st Degree
- Assault by Strangulation
- Criminal Sexual Conduct in the 1st Degree
- Assault by Strangulation
- Criminal Sexual Conduct in the 1st Degree
- Home Invasion 1st Degree
- Attempted Assault by Strangulation
- Interfering with a Telecommunications Device
He faces a minimum of 25 years in prison for all the charges. He will be sentenced June 13.
The incidents happened on July 29, 2015 at a residence on North Hull Avenue, August 17, 2015 at a residence on Ogden Avenue and August 31, 2015 at a residence on Lincoln Street.
Prosecutor Michael Sepic says the jury deliberated for a little over an hour.
