Benton Township police investigating road rage incident involving shots-fired

BENTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Police are investigating a road rage incident that resulted in shots-fired, according to the Benton Township Police Department.

The vehicle involved has been identified as a white Jeep, which is pictured above. 

Authorities say that the Jeep may be identifiable by potential damage to the front driver’s side door. 

According to officials, no one was hurt during the alleged incident.

No time-range has been given on when the shooting occurred, and police have not revealed the approximate location of the event.

The department is asking the public to reach out to them if anyone knows the whereabouts of the vehicle or its occupants.
