A Berrien County Court worker is headed to court.
Jessica Holmes is facing felony charges.
The charges stem from Holmes' involvement as a program coordinator with the Berrien County Trial Court.
Berrien County officials say they suspect Holmes developed a problematic relationship with a probationer.
They say they think it started after the July 11 shooting at the County Courthouse.
The Eau Claire woman is now being charged for delivering a controlled substance, criminal sexual conduct and obstruction of justice.
She will be in court on, or before, November 4.
