Berrien County deputies deliver baskets, gift cards to families in need

The Berrien County Sheriff’s Office helped 5 families with 19 children with its annual Shop with a Cop program.

Normally, deputies show with families at Walmart, but the event was modified this year due to COVID-19.

Deputies delivered food baskets and gift cards to each family’s doorstep.

This year they served 5 families with 19 children in Coloma, Watervliet Township, Niles Township and New Buffalo Township.
