Berrien County wants to know where you heard the national EAS test

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. - Wednesday afternoon, FEMA will test its text alert system to warn people in cases of national emergencies.

Most cell phone users will get a Presidential Alert at 2:18 p.m.

In Berrien County, emergency management officials want to know when and where you get the text.

Residents are asked to fill out a survey.
