SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The South Bend Board of Public Works reviewed bids for the MLK Dream Center on Tuesday. Twenty out of 21 categories received bids.
Next, the board will review the bids, ensuring all requirements are met and the proper paperwork is submitted.
