Big turn out for first Resolution Run

MIDDLEBURY, Ind. -- More than 150 people bundled up and strapped on their running shoes for the Resolution Run. The cold and snow couldn't stop participants from coming out Wednesday morning.

2014 was the first year for the 5K run and walk.

Runners brought donations and canned food items for the Middlebury Community Food Pantry.

It serves as many as 200 families every week.

"All runners love the cold weather and everyone seems to be dressed warm. We're just going to have a good time and enjoy the winter wonderland," said an event organizer.

Organizers said the turnout was so big, they hope to do it again next year.
