Biker hospitalized following collision with coyote

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- In Elkhart County emergency crews rushed one man to the hospital after a coyote collided with his motorcycle.
It happened just before 1:30 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. Highway 6 about eight miles south of Goshen.
Police said as 55-year-old Steven Eppert rode his bike westbound, a coyote running across the street slammed into him and he lost control.
Medics took him to Goshen Hospital.
