Bikers ruled the road for this year's Bike the Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. --- Bikes ruled the roads instead of cars for Sunday's Bike the Bend.
It was the only day of the year that bicycles have a priority over cars.
The 30 mile route went through South Bend, Mishawaka and other parts of St. Joseph County.
The community bike ride started at 6:30 a.m and ended at 11:30 a.m.
