Spotty storms and breezy, Tuesday
itter cold lasts through midweek, lows nearing the single digits along with light lake effect snow showers, Tuesday. A more west than northwest wind will keep lake effect snow showers confined mostly to West Michigan. Locally Michiana is only expecting one to two inches near the state line, with totals up to four inches for those closer to Van Buren County. The pattern then warms to end the week, highs near 40 degrees Friday will bring a chance of wintry mix and less snow to start the weekend. Sunday - Next week will be even colder, as lows fall near zero with highs in the lower teens. A major snow is still not in the forecast.
Tonight: Lake effect snow showers. Low 12.
Tuesday: Lake effect snow showers. High 18.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny. High 20.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy. High 32.
