Blue Angels fly over South Bend Friday

The Blue Angels flew over South Bend several times Friday just after noon.

They are in town to do a flyover the Notre Dame vs Navy game at Notre Dame Stadium Saturday afternoon.

Blue Angels pilot Lieutenant Commander John Hiltz is a 2002 Notre Dame graduate, according to the Navy Times.

This is the squadron's first public appearance since their funding was cut this past April.
