NILES, Mich. -- The Riverfront Optimist Club of Niles kicked off their annual Bluegrass Festival at Riverfront Park on Thursday.
Rock and bluegrass artists took the stage for the first time since the pandemic and social distancing requirements.
The free festival continues through Sunday.
