Blustery Halloween: High wind forecast Friday

Wind Advisory has been posted for most of Michiana for gusts topping 40 mph Friday, areas near Lake Michigan could see gusts topping 50 mph. Stay away from the lake shore and piers as waves could top 20 feet. This could also cause some lake shore flooding.
Friday starts with a sustained wind of 15 mph increasing to 25 mph by the end of the day. Driving restrictions are likely for high profile vehicles on the Toll Road, all drivers should use caution, especially on east / west roads.
The wind chill Friday evening will feel like the 20s. The wind will calm into Saturday morning, as skies clear and temperatures drop into the 20s.
