SOUTH BEND — A South Bend police officer was stripped of his badge last fall. He was accused of interfering with a police investigation.
Now, the Board of Public Safety is meeting to hold a special hearing on the fate of Theodore Robert.
That meeting takes place Monday afternoon.
Robert allegedly confiscated surveillance video from a 7-11 gas station in October 2012 by claiming it was part of an internal investigation.
The confiscated videos allegedly show three different officers harassing the station clerk.
