Body on railroad tracks in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Emergency crews responded to the scene of an incident at the railroad tracks at Robinson and Dayton in South Bend Thursday morning.
Emergency dispatch confirmed there was a body on the railroad tracks.
Dispatch says the person's death appears to be a suicide.
