SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- On Saturday, September 21, the 'Books with Bunnies' event is occurring from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. at River Valley Farmers' Market in South Bend.
At 11 a.m., there will be a story time with kids where they will read farm and fall stories. There will be other activities for kids as well, such as coloring books.
Kids will be able to pet, play, and cuddle with the bunnies during the event.
ABC57's Summer Horan sat down with Rebecca Miller, a farmer and the Market Coordinator at Miller's Goats and Gardens, to discuss what people can expect at the event and the effects of the recent drought.
