Boy Scout Troop 525 host annual chili fundraiser

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Chowing down for a good cause.
ABC 57 caught up with Boy Scout Troop 525 during their annual chili fundraiser at the VFW Hall in Mishawaka.
The troops rolled up their sleeves and got to work. They served up chili to raise money for their activities.
The scout master said he's excited to see so many people come out, and support them.
"It’s a great feeling knowing that you have a community that'll back you up and help you do the things that you really want to do,” said Desmond Harrington.
All of the money raised Sunday will help pay for the scouts to participate in trips throughout the year, and it will even help them to go to summer camp.
