Boy stabbed in neck by catfish

MAUMELLE, Ark. — A 13-year-old boy is recovering after being stabbed in the neck with a catfish barb.

The family was on a fishing trip in Maumelle, Arkansas when the mother of the boy held up the fish. It suddenly jumped.

Fortunately, doctors were able to pull out the barb without doing much damage.

But an ultrasound found it was just couple of centimeters away from a main artery.
