BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. - The man accused of killing a woman at her home in Baroda Township on Sunday was found unresponsive in his jail cell, according to the Berrien County Sheriff's Department.
Sixty-year-old David Mabry was facing murder charges in the death of his stepmother, Mary Mabry.
According to the Berrien County Sheriff's Department, Mabry had previous medical conditions.
Deputies said there were no apparent signs of any trauma when they found Mabry at the Berrien County Jail.
An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
