It's mild out the door but breezy. Some wind gusts 25+ mph are possible in the first half of the day, before the wind begins to settle late this afternoon.
Temperatures are starting near 50 this morning, then climb near 60 this afternoon, which could tie a daily record for February 9.
The day itself is dry, but late tonight, rain moves back into the area. A few showers could linger into early Saturday morning, then the rest of the weekend looks dry.
Temperatures cool over the weekend, with highs in the low 40s Saturday and Sunday.
