Bremen Police K-9 Taro receives donated bullet-proof vest

BREMEN, Ind.— A K-9 officer at the Bremen Police Department has been gifted a bullet and stab-proof vest thanks to a donation from Vested Interest.
The vest was sponsored by Deborah Kostakos of Annapolis, Maryland.
It is embroidered with the words “Honoring those who served and sacrificed.”
K-9 Taro joined the department in October 2019.
He is trained in narcotics detection, tracking, and apprehension.
