Brett Favre kicks off new career as HS football coach

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- Although he hung up his cleats and retired from the NFL, Brett Favre is far from finished with football.

The former NFL quarterback is once again on the field, but this time he's coaching.

Favre kicked off his new career as the offensive coordinator for the Oak Grove High School Warriors in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Favre played for the Green Bay Packers, the New York Jets and Minnesota Vikings, before retiring two years ago.
