ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Brian Banasiewicz, 39, has been formally charged with theft in connection with a robbery in December.

Investigators believe that Banasiewicz entered a business in the 26000 block of U.S. 20 and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

In photos previously shared by the St. Joseph County Police Department, the individual who entered the business is seen first without a mask, walking down an aisle, and then reappearing in a black ski mask.

At the time when charges were filed, Banasiewicz was being held at SJC Jail in connection to a separate stolen vehicle case.
