Some fans are worried about a Notre Dame hangover after all the hype surrounding the Michigan game. Fighting Irish Media's Jack Nolan sat down with Coach Brian Kelly for his weekly radio show and asked about the emotional letdown.
"I think when you get down to it in big games, it requires guys to play with great effort and confidence. I think those two things stood out. They believed that they were going to win the game," Coach Kelly said. "It was a great victory and they should enjoy it, but there's a lot of work ahead of us. It's a long season. A lot of really good teams in front of us. It was the first step, a good first step, but a lot of work ahead of us."
