Broken pipe shuts down Mishawaka building

MISHAWAKA, Ind.-- A broken sewer pipe shut down The St. Joseph County Services Building.

ABC 57 News contacted the maintenance department on Friday to see what happened.

A construction crew was to blame for the building closing at 10 a.m.

Before the building closed one couple managed to get married but, people who were wanting to pay traffic tickets were pretty annoyed.

Jeannie Niles, one of the people wanting to pay for a ticket said, ""Inconvenience,  We were hoping to get these paid, so she could start driving again, so I don't have to take her everywhere.
