Brother accidentally shoots 4-year-old sister

PORTLAND, Ind. -- Police in Jay County Indiana are investigating a shooting between two siblings.
They say a four-year-old girl was accidentally shot in the head and her eight-year-old brother pulled the trigger.
They say he missed while he was aiming at a target.
The girl was airlifted to the hospital and she is in critical condition.
Investigators say no charges will be filed.
