Buchanan City Police Department Reserve Commander passes away

BUCHANAN, Mich. – The Buchanan City Police Department announced Saturday that their Code Enforcement Officer and Reserve Commander, Dick Mann, has passed away. 

Mann was described as an officer with integrity and a hard worker.

“Dick dedicated his time not only to his family, but also the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office Reserve Program and the Berrien County Youth Fair.” the department said in a statement.

Officials also ask for prayers for Mann’s family and that they be kept in the community’s hearts during this difficult time.
