Buchanan voters renew school tax

BUCHANAN, Mich. — Voters in Buchanan renewed a school tax expected to expire this year.
The fund should raise $15 million for school improvements over 20 years.
The recent renovations in Buchanan include installing walls in classrooms of the middle school. With the funds last night the school is also expected to build a gym.
Security improvements are also expected throughout Buchanan's schools.
