Burglars hit CITGO station overnight in Mishawaka

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- While you were sleeping, a couple of burglars hit the CITGO station, on Bittersweet and McKinley, in Mishawaka.

St. Joseph County police officers said there was shattered glass everywhere!

The break-in happened around 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Witnesses said they saw someone leave out of the store, and head into a copper-colored car.

Officers say the thieves got away with several cartons of cigarettes.
