Burn bans continue despite heavy rain

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend finally got some much needed rain on Thursday.
Many people had to reach for their umbrellas when the skies opened up outside our studios around 1:30 p.m.
The rain continued off and on throughout the afternoon.
Despite the rain, several area counties are still under a burn ban.
