Busiest day expected for UPS on 'National Returns Day'

Thursday will be a busy one for UPS.
The carrier expects to tackle a lot of holiday returns. The men and women in brown will celebrate "National Returns Day" by shipping more than half a million packages back to retailers.
By the end of the week, the carrier expects to transport more than 2 million returns to stores.
