Capital Avenue reopen to Mishawaka traffic

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Another Mishawaka traffic headache has finally come to an end.
INDOT has reopened Capital Avenue between Lincoln Way and Dragoon Trail.
Crews have finished installing a new temporary railroad crossing to allow INDOT to work on the railroad underpass.
