Car accident near airport seriously injures two

SOUTH BEND — Police believe alcohol may have caused a serious car accident Sunday night in South Bend.
It happened at the roundabout on Progress Drive near the South Bend airport.
Two males, both in their mid 50s, were seriously injured in that accident.
The car was traveling westbound on Lincoln Way when it hit the curb and went airborne.
Police say speed was definitely a factor in the crash and are looking into whether or not alcohol is involved.
