Car show to headline July First Friday in Goshen
GOSHEN, Ind. -- In addition to live music and local food and drink, a classic car show will be rolling into Goshen for First Friday on July 1.
Registration is now open for the Celebrate Goshen Car Show, where owners of collectible cars and motorcycles are invited to take part in a competition for awards such as Best of Show and People’s Choice. The cost is $15 per vehicle.
The event is scheduled to start at 5 p.m. and run until 9 p.m., with local bands taking the stage at 5:30, and food trucks on hand throughout the car show.
Event Director Adrienne Nesbitt believes that this will be a great way to start the Fourth of July weekend.
“We’re dedicating this summer First Fridays to celebrating everything we love about Goshen, past and present,” Nesbitt said. “We can’t wait to offer this event to the community packed with cool cars and current, local sounds to kick off the most American of weekends in an all-Goshen way.”
