Cass County teen accidentally shot by cousin

CALVIN TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A Cass County teen is recovering after being shot by his cousin. Deputies say it was an accident.
Emergency crews were called to Tharp Lake road in Calvin Township just after 8:30 Wednesday night.
Investigators say as 20-year-old Jeremy Faye put down his rifle, he accidentally pulled the trigger, shooting his cousin in the stomach.
The 17-year-old cousin is in stable condition.
