Cause of death determined for body found in river

LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. -- We now know what killed a Fort Wayne man whose body was found floating in the Pigeon River. 

An autopsy showed 60 year old Thomas Harmeyer died of blunt force trauma to the head.
 
The coroner says the injuries are consistent with a fall.
 
Emergency responders said the man was wearing chest waders and was found in about three feet of water.
