Cell phone video: Fire breaks out at Park Jefferson in early morning hours

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A fire broke out Friday morning at Park Jefferson Apartments on South Bend's east side.
Here is a video taken with a cell phone live from the scene as firefighters worked to extinguish the flames.
