Cement truck strikes mini-van in downtown South Bend

A cement truck and mini-van were involved in an accident in downtown South Bend Tuesday morning.
The accident happened around 10:20 a.m. at St. Joseph and Wayne streets.
The truck struck the minivan in the driver's side door.
