Cemeteries refuse to bury body of Tamerlan Tsarnaev
Cemeteries across the Northeast are refusing to bury the body of Boston bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev.
Friday authorities released the cause of his death. They said he died of gunshot wounds and blunt trauma to the head and torso.
The director of the funeral home where Tsarnaev's body is says there's no gravesite yet.
"They won't do it. And I can understand that point of view, but, as I said, my view is that we have to do something to bury the person, and this is what we do in a civilized society, regardless of the circumstance," said Peter Stefan, the funeral home director.
Stefan says if he can't find a cemetery to take Tsarnaev after the next autopsy is complete, he will ask the government to find a grave.
