Cemetery board member faces embezzlement charges

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- A member of a Benton Harbor Cemetery board is accused of embezzlement.
42-year-old Thomas Golba is accused of taking $1,000.
The Crystal Springs Cemetery board says he did not consult them on how to spend the money and police say there was enough evidence for charges.
Golba turned himself in and pleaded not guilty.
He is out of jail on bond.
