Century Center gets new management

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Century Center Board of Managers voted to award SMG Management the contract to run the center.
They were chosen over South Bend Hospitality and Global Spectrum, the firm that currently runs the Century Center.
SMG currently manages the Superdome in New Orleans.
The Century Center in downtown South Bend loses about $1-million a year.
SMG hopes to turn things around.
