Charles Black Center heating system back in operation

UPDATE: The city said the heating system is back on, so the center can reopen.
ORIGINAL STORY:
SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The City of South Bend says the Charles Black Center has shut down as a warming center for now until the heat is working again.
Contractors were on-site earlier Tuesday but haven't gotten things fixed quite yet.
Howard Park and O'Brien Center are both still open as warming shelters.
