Chicago billboard links hot dogs to "butt cancer"

CHICAGO, Ill. -- Would this billboard keep you from eating hot dogs?
A group called Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine is hoping the phrase,"Hot Dogs Cause Butt Cancer” is enough to make drivers in Chicago think.
The group points out on its website that Illinois is ranked 6th in the nation for colorectal cancer rates.
The controversy is brewing because the group blames the consumption of processed meats for the increase.
